How to maintain suspended floors?

As for suspended assembled floors, many people choose suspended assembled floors to pave courts outdoors because of their superior durability. Nowadays, suspended assembled floors can be seen in basketball, tennis, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, indoor football fields and other sports fields. However, many people do not understand the suspended assembled floor and mistakenly believe that since it can be used outdoors, it does not require too much maintenance. In fact, no matter how good the floor is, it will accelerate aging and even be directly damaged without daily maintenance. What is the correct maintenance method for suspended assembled floors?

1. Do not wear spiked sports shoes and high heels. Sharp objects will cause serious damage to the assembled suspended sports floor, because the raw material of the suspended assembled floor is PVC, which is classified as plastic. Sharp objects will inevitably scratch the plastic, and long-term damage may even cause the floor to be directly reimbursed. Therefore, do not wear spiked sports shoes and high heels into the suspended sports floor venue to avoid damaging the floor.

2. Clean the snow in time after snow. Although the suspended sports floor has good weather pressure resistance, it is not afraid of high temperatures in the sun, rain and moisture, ice and snow, and will never warp, peel, or deform. However, if the snow in the gaps between the floors is not cleared in time when heavy snowflakes occur, the melting of the snow will make the temperature of the floor lower than the ground temperature. Long-term exposure to too low temperatures will have an impact on the service life of the suspended assembled floor.

3. Rinse with water frequently to keep it clean. For daily cleaning, just rinse with water. Because of the design of the mesh arrangement, water and dust can leak to the bottom of the floor surface without any hindrance, and be discharged into the sink outside the venue through the gaps between the feet below. This will keep the floor clean.

4. Do not spill corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid on the floor. The suspended assembled floor is also a type of PVC sports floor. Like other PVC sports floors, corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid will corrode it. Therefore, remember not to use corrosive liquids when cleaning the floor. If you encounter stubborn stains, just use neutral cleaning fluid to clean them.
