Installation method of suspended assembled sports floor

1. Site preparation

    1. Foundation: It can be based on a solid and flat foundation. The error within the 3meter ruler range does not exceed 5 mm.

    2. Clean the floor before installation.

    3. When installing, please stretch the line according to the length and width of the venue to locate the installation position of the floor (it is recommended to use talcum powder for the elastic line, try not to use ink).

2. Installation of MiG suspended floor

      Take the upper left corner of the site as the starting point for installation, and align the floor pins and buckles from left to right, and tap them with a rubber hammer to secure the buckles.

3. Installation method of large box group flooring

      Taking the upper left corner of the site as the installation starting point, the large box flooring shortens the installation time by 2/3.

      From left to right, align the floor pins and buckles, and use a rubber hammer to tap and secure the buckles. Install the floor edge strips.

      The installation method is the same as that of MiG suspended assembled floor, but it should be noted that the thermal expansion and contraction coefficient of the assembled floor is 2‰-3‰, so a certain expansion zone (about 5cm wide) for thermal expansion and contraction needs to be left around the site. Side strips can be equipped according to the area of the site. The side strips are 5cm wide and 25cm long to achieve a beautiful fixing effect.

4. Site marking.

      The site marking uses special polypropylene surface paint, which will not fall off. The protruding part of the circular area can be painted with the same color as the main body using special surface paint of the same color.

5. Color

      The surface of the floor has been matte treated to match the brightness of the light. It does not absorb light and reflect glare, which can better protect the eyes and make it less likely to cause fatigue.

6. About the basketball stand

      The basketball hoop area is reserved, and the basketball hoop is placed on the ground, which does not affect the paving of the assembled floor.

7. There are 676 effective support points at the bottom of each assembled floor. On the one hand, it has a good shock absorption and buffering effect. On the other hand, it also disperses the movement force evenly in all directions. In this way, if there is an occasional small pit on the site, no matter where the small pit is, it will not affect the balanced stress of the assembled floor.

      If it is a small drum with less obvious undulations, the assembled floor will also undulate slightly, but these will not affect the use effect of the assembled floor.

      If there are obvious pits or drums, they must be dealt with before construction.
